Want to be a part of NASA’s 2022 BIG Idea Challenge? The BIG Idea Challenge provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to design, develop, and demonstrate robotic systems with alternative rover locomotion modalities for use in off-world extreme lunar terrain applications. This competition is intended to be an open innovation challenge with minimal constraints so that proposing teams can genuinely create and develop out-of-the-box solutions.
Teams are invited to submit proposals for robots with new mobility solutions in operating scenarios that require access to extreme terrain categories.
The deadline to submit a proposal is Thursday, January 18th 2022 at 11:59 PM Eastern.
