The “DMACC-NASA Connection” will again be spotlighted April 25, this time at the Des Moines Area Community College Boone campus. The events showcase Iowa Space Grant Consortium and NASA opportunities for educators and researchers, especially those involved with STEM-related curriculum.
The event will be held at the Campus Theater on the DMACC Boone campus, 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. It will be hosted by Jay Staker, Associate Director of the Iowa Space Grant Consortium, a part of NASA’s National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, and which promotes Iowa’s future in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
